Students Travel/Perform in Ireland

Help bring former students to Ireland- former students of McHenry County College (Adrian Nuno, Andrew Nuno, Lauryn Lugo, and Julia Noack) are traveling to Ireland this June, 2017 to perform poetry, prose, and drama, lead performance workshops with pre-teens and teens, and attend writing workshops with distinguished poets from the Carlow Writers Co-Operative (Derek Coyle) Wexford's Dennis Collins and Dublin's Hibernian Writers’ Group (Maurice Devitt). Lauryn Lugo and Andrew Nuno will also lead a spoken word workshop at the Carlow Arts Festival.
When our goal is reached, the group will have $50 per person for daily meals and expenses for the ten day trip.
These former students are national award winning performers, filmmakers, and writers. They are young and they are hungry! Your donations will feed their bodies and their souls - any amount helps, so if you can do as little as $5 (yay!) or as much as $2500 (YAY!), this group will thrive with your support.
