Special get-away for special kids!

Hola! My name is Elizabeth and I am a nurse volunteering in an orphanage for more than 250 kids.

This year in Guatemala is one of the most amazing years of my life.  In addition to working in the medical clinic, I also work with a section of special needs kids who rarely, and I mean rarely, get to go anywhere except special needs events, therapy and medical appointments.  

Along with another volunteer, we decided to take all the kids and their caregivers to the beach for a two-day vacation in November.  We found a house we can rent and cook in that will hold all of us and this being Guatemala...it won't really cost that much!

Five hundred dollars doesn't seem like a big deal, until I start asking people to donate money towards it! I have received so much amazing support from home that I don't hesitate to ask for one more thing.  Please consider making a donation...even $5 will go a long way!  Thank you for your help!!
