Being Trans is difficult all on its own but on top of it all...The expenses on being a woman is outrageous! It's now 4 yrs I've been on hrt (nowhere I want to be) but finally time to take another step towards my transition. Most say I dont need implants but for me..I'll feel a little more complete with an enhancement. Nothing outrageous just something that'll make me more secure and confident.
