Free-Meditation-Music.com was started in 2014 by Meditation Music Artist Eric Bartel. It is Eric's vision and goal to bring the many benefits of Meditation accompanied by Music to anyone for free. To this point Eric has created several high quality and effective Meditaiton Audios available for free for anyone to enjoy at Free-Meditaiton-Music.com , as well as the youtube channel AudioEntrainment . Recently the website began allowing other artist who shared in the vision to share their audios for free as well.
While creating and sharing high quality and effective meditaiton music is Eric's passion and talent, unfortunately effective and quality web design is not his strongest quality. At this point Eric has handled the majority of audio creation as well as all web design and graphic creation.
With the ever changing world of web design Eric has found it very difficult to continue to produce a quality and user friendly website that is easy for all users to enjoy while also producing great quality music.
Eric believes having a much more efficient and effective website created by professionals would help to expand the site to many more users as well as bring more high quality content.
With the funds provided by go fund me Eric will pursue a working relationship with Merge Web Design, a reputable high quality web design firm out of Chicago. Merge has many talents and will be able to bring a much more user friendly experience to all Free Meditaiton Music's users.
Some major changes we hope to incorporate are:
*Simple One Click Downloads - Currently receiving downloads is a long and dawn out checkout Process
*Easy to Navigate Design - Currently many of our older audios are buried and difficult for users to find
*Mobile Friendly Design - Our current website is not user friendly for mobile users. A new design will be much easier for mobile and PC users alike
*I Phone integration - The current themes do not allow I phone users to receive downloads - the new design will be I phone friendly.
*SEO design for expanded user base
We hope to begin the design process as soon as we receive the funding and will have the new website up sometime in January or Feburary of the new year.
As much as Eric has tried to keep up with a successful web design he has come to realize it is time to put that into the hands of much more capable professionals.
It would mean so much to Eric, as well as the thousands of visitors to Free-Meditation-Music.com to be able to benefit from a high quality designed website.
