Mason's Physical Therapy Fund
Donation protected
My name is Mason, and I will be in second grade this fall. I was diagnosed with Autism and developmental delay when I was three. Doctors said I wouldn't have much to look forward to because my autism is so severe. However, I have proved them wrong. Even though I have sensory issues and no 3D vision, I have benefitted from occuptational therapy, speech therapy, and physical therapy. Some weeks, I am in therapy up to six hours a week. Recently, I suprised everyone by learning to ride a bike without training wheels. As of February 1, 2016, my insurance company has refused to pay for physical therapy. I need this therapy to continue to progress, to learn to navigate in my world, and develop my gross motor skills. I want to learn to play with other kids, and I need to understand how to play games with other kids. My physical therapy sessions are $140.00 per session. My family doesn't have the money to pay for these sessions without the help of insurance. I will use this money to continue my physical therapy and develop to my full potential. My mom, sister, and I will be forever thankful for your generosity. I have a birthday coming up in July. I do not need any gifts, but if you would like to help me by making a donation, it would be great.
