Purchasing Two Epipens for Leone

Mama's sweet baby, Leone, the youngest of my four children was diagnosed with anaphylaxis at three. My 12 year old begged to go to See's Candy, and after one bite of the chocolate I bought my baby, her face became red, blotchy and huge, her lips and eyes swelled shut and her throat closed and she stopped breathing right in the middle of the mall! I picked her up and ran all the way to the emergency room two blocks away instead of waiting for the valet. Today she is allergic to multiple foods, but mostly tree nuts. She has a life threatening reaction where her body goes into anaphylaxtic shock if she eats any of her allergens. Currently her school insists she have two epipens on hand for the nurse and teacher, while I also need them at home for her. For years I have been able to afford both, but with the current increase in Epipen prices....$100 to $608 in the last few years..... its really hitting my budget! Especially with Leone's twin Lilac going to a very pricey autism private school and getting private therapy everyday. The money raised for my sweet Leone will go to purchasing life saving medication for my seven year old that both the school nurse and teacher has on hand for any emergency.....not to mention your donation of 20+ dollars goes towards some beautiful pillows from my children's small business.
