Children's Library of the Sea

I would like set up a small 'Library of the Sea" for children at our new dive base in Agia Kiriaki on the Pelion Peninsular in Greece. The library will, hopefully, be a free service for the local greek kids and also the passing tourists for holiday reading and information about the sea. Both fiction and non-fiction.
The money is to fund this project and will be spent on books. I also accept donations in the form of books (old or new) My aim is to have about 70 percent of the books in the Greek language , but all languages are welcome. For this reason I would appreciate any help getting this appeal out to the Greek communities in your country.
Any book that has to do with the sea for children from about age 4. I am looking for inspiring, well-illustrated books with a strong conservation message. Stories, picture books, fantasy, poems etc .I would also like to have a small encyclopedia section about the sea, life in the sea etc. I will also include books on travel and atlases etc. Second language learning books also very welcome!
This is a small, low-profile project to learn about the seas and oceans, perhaps incorporating small weekly book readings and arts and crafts project. This will be a non - profit (ad)venture.
If you decide to donate or send me some books, please supply your name and country of origin which I will write on the front sleeve of the book that has been purchased with your donation.
I also have a wish list set up on Amazon.co.uk for English books that I have already sourced and I have a wish list set up on www.greekbooks.gr for Greek books.

'Αλλος ένας τρόπος προσφοράς είναι μια ελάχιστη χρηματική δωρεά για να αγοραστούν τίτλοι που ήδη έχουμε επιλέξει.
