I write this letter to anyone with a heart and ask that they can help support Karen and his family who are living in Armenia with very poor conditions. His name is Karen Abelyan and he participated in the Artsakh Liberation War. He was also a fighter of the 'Arabo' detachment and took part in many military operations.
My name is Edgar Oganesyan and I am from California. The people in the pictures are my relatives from Armenia. Tamar is my grandmas brother's daughter.
He and his family are living in very poor conditions. He has 5 children and 3 of them are juvenile. He also has old and disabled parents who have serious health problems. His mother suffers from a tumor disease and his father has a cardiovascular deficiency who has also gotten sick with tuberculosis 2 times already.
One of their sons (age 9) also has a health problem and must get treatment with hormonal drugs until he is 16. The elder son has been serving in Artsakh. Karen himself is also disabled and he is not able to take care of his children and parents. The country does not provide any help and they are all on their own.
I have attached images of their current living condition, there are a total of 7 people living in this tiny flat. Karen, his wife, 3 children and his mother and father.
