Camp Malawi Expedition

Although I'm currently only 15 years of age, in 2017(when I will be 16) I hope to travel to Malawi in Africa along with a group from my school.
The trip, which is formally named Camp Malawi is set up by an organisation called Camps International, which is a group that organise expeditions to countries all over the world in order to go there and assist in many important causes such as clean water projects; helping children and families unfortunate enough to be under the poverty line, gain access to education through building of schools etc. Thus being able to live a life of much better quality.
As well as helping in many projects for great causes, we will also be trekking up Mount. Over four/five days, which I'm sure will be an unforgettable experience in itself.
Overall, the trip comes with a cost of about £3,800 (£3860 exactly) and have set the goal of this page to £4000 as I will be using this page as a main method of collecting money from donations. However I still hope to raise a large portion of the money through other methods as well.
I truly hope I'll be able to raise the required amount of money, because it would be such a life changing experience. If I am able to travel to Malawi in 2017, I'll be able to tell friends, family and future employers about my incredible venture. I'll be able to learn so many new skills including money and project management and leadership, as well as gaining experience with working with some really fascinating, young and older people.
