Please Help Jenna Get Medical Care
After almost 2 years of misdiagnoses, unsuccessful treatment, and disorders escalating, Jenna was beyond relieved to find a physician able to treat her disorders in dire need of attention. Insurance didn't cover services and with the disorders worsening , employment was lost. Jenna's friends and family have been extremely supportive , but we need community help! Appointments and other services cost upwards of $300 each. As Jenna needs strong, consistent treatment which requires her to be seen three or four times a month, her medical recovery depends greatly on it.
Experience :
Since Feb 2014 I Jenna has been battling ovarian and uterine disorders. After medical attention from many physicians , she had no successful treatment, surgery included. This disorders started worsening and the pain often became crippling.The search became critical and exhausting for Jenna to find an Ob/Gyn and a licensed Pain Specialist who had found solutions for patients with disorders as Jenna's.
As the community learned of Jenna’s condition, which included diminishing quality of life, many women strongly insisted Jenna visit Dr. Shadigian of Women's Safe Heath. She is not only an Ob/Gyn, but ALSO a Pain Specialist, Searching for two doctors , Dr. Shadigian meets both criteria. Care beginning in August, Jenna has seen results of healing since September ! Part of healing through a medical journey is not just physical , but also healing mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. All improving the quality of life.
This medical treatment is showng progress, moving forward in disorder or possible eliminatio. It has given Jenna a pain relief at times she hasn't experienced since late 2013. To lose this treatment would be devastating in her physical health, but her strengthening quality of life. We are calling on the Community to help Jenna not lose her medical treatment. About Dr. Elizabeth Shadigian :
Elizabeth received her medical degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Purdue University. She has been board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology since 1996 and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Elizabeth has been on the faculty of the University of Michigan Medical School since 1994.
