A decent vehicle I can Uber with

As a single disabled mom of a beautiful, smart, talented 10 year old daughter I've struggled to keep a roof over our head & power & water. I have no vehicle, but have realized that I can make enough to get by if I were able to drive for Uber. So I am hoping for donations to get me into a car that is younger than 10 years old & can pass their inspection... Every dollar counts & if you know of any cars for cheap I'd appreciate it. I've had a lot of misfortune lately & am trying to keep the promise I made to my daughter, that I wouldn't move her mid school year & I have almost lost hope... I'm a total charity case, but I figure this could enable me to make money so that I we can at least finish out this school year here.  Also, I can do housekeeping, run errands, babysit as well.
