#60in2016 Campaign Kick Off
Science Pathfinders is the school-based Educational Division of Mentoring in Medicine.
We engage, educate and empower middle and high school students in science and health during after school programs and in-class electives in urban schools.
We are currently in 18 schools in NYC and Washington, DC. Please help us to increase the number of schools to 60! #60in 2016
MIM has introduced advanced biology (structure and function), pathology (diseases), health awareness in communities (through a student focused community outreach program), biomedical career exposure (through field trips and classroom visits) and mobile application development (technology through coding).

Here are the facts-
1-Over 1,500 middle and high school students have participated in NYC and Washington, DC since 2009.
2-Tracking of our students is in process but (preliminary results-81 students):
100% high school graduation rate (4 years)
98% enrolled in a 2 or 4 year college
68% pursuing a STEM career
3-Three peer reviewed articles published:
