FIT for ALL: Special Needs Fitness

This new program was  developed to incorporate the special needs community into a fitness atmosphere. Not only will this help their physical health, but it will also promote a much needed social inclusion aspect as well!
With the support of the entire team, we will break through any barriers standing in the way of a healthy lifestyle and pave the road for a lifetime of happiness and wellness together!
To best operate this program, materials and resources are needed including exercise equipment, staff,  prizes for participants, and hopefully transportation to and from the gym. My goal is to eliminate any and all barriers standing in the way of these individuals from getting the fitness they need to live a happy and healthy lifestyle!
