Teach youth golf in poor countries
To Develop youth, by Developing Golf, in Developing Nations.
In 2014, Kenny from the USA & Songz from South Africa formed our 1st DiG Chapter in Johannesburg, SA to create the platform for growth throughout Africa. It is now a registered Non-Profit-Organization there. Our plan from the beginning was to raise money in affluent countries and start chapters in poor nations to:
Build golf training programs for youth
Build courses where there is no access to golf
Create jobs in the golf industry for the locals
Currently, we are teaching kids from the largest poor community in South Africa called Soweto, (where Nelson Mandela was raised,) kids from the Johannesburg Children's Home orphanage, and youth at the Observatory Golf Club.
The money you help us raise will help Kenny jump start our fund-raising programs in the USA, and we are ready now!
Your help will create an amazing international not-for-profit organization in the USA and help our South Africa DiG Chapter prepair for regional support to "train the trainers" as we open new Chapters in Africa. We have interested parties in Zambia, Botswana, Kenya, & Tanzania ready to DiG in their countries!
You could visit Africa and see what you helped get started! When you see how happy these kids are learning golf, you will never be the same! (The kids sure aren't the same!)
There is so much more information, details, videos, & photos of our organization at our website. Please visit www.DiGfoundation.org today and consider helping teach the life-skills that the game of golf brings to kids around the globe!
(If you would like, you can designate 1/2 of your donation to go directly to our DiG Chapter in South Africa, and 1/2 to our USA DiG Chapter. Just let us know via email.)
Thank you SO MUCH and please inform every golfer you know about our cause!
