Physical Productions is a Cincinnati-based performance company elevating the human body to tell theatrical stories. This fall, we are partnering with Exhale Dance Tribe to bring aerial silks to their annual DEAD CAN DANCE Halloween-themed show on Oct. 29. Featuring aerialist Holly Price, this show is an incredible opportunity to create art with an prominent Cincinnati dance company.
We are raising funds to cover the operating costs of Physical Productions' participation in the show, including rehearsal space and purchasing an aerial silk long enough to fit the 40-foot ceilings in the Aronoff Center for the Performing Arts' Jarson-Kaplan Theater, where the show will take place. This silk is not inexpensive, but it is reusable - once we purchase it, it is at our disposal for future performances.
