Hello! My name is Dan Pankowski.
For the past several years I have been involved in Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. The highest rank a Scout can reach is Eagle Scout. To achieve this rank, a scout must fulfill many requirements, including a large final project.
My Eagle Project is to design, build and install five exercise stations in Wadewitz Nature Center in Waterford, WI. They will include one for stretching, pull-ups and dips, sit-ups, box jumps and push-ups, and air squats and jumping jacks. Each piece of equipment will be accompanied by an informational sign giving directions how to use the station. All funds raised will be used to pay for materials, supplies, or tools used to construct and install the stations.
Wadewitz is a public park so the workout stations will be available for anyone to use, including the Waterford Union High School Track and Cross Country teams.
I am hoping to reach my fundraising goal by the beginning of 2019 so I am able to build the structures over the winter and install them in the spring or early summer of 2019.
