DanSun Photo Art Scholarship Fund

I decided to donate a portion of the proceeds from my book to start this scholarship. It's my wish to help my fellow first responders get the help they need to deal with the mental health issues they are having. Some paramedics, police officers, firefighters and dispatchers don't have the support they need from their employers to deal with what they experience in their jobs. It was unexpected to get emails from fellow first responders wanting to donate to this scholarship. That is the purpose of this GoFundMe page, I love the idea of first responders helping first responders, we truly have each other's backs. 


So where is this money going? The International Critical Incident Stress Foundation has a yearly congress where attendees learn how to best recognize and deal with critical incident stress. The money raised here will pay for flights, hotel and any fees to attend this congress. I will also be attending the congress but will not be using any of the funds raised here or from my book.
