Cashier Pat Needs a Hip Replacement

Dear Fellow Atlantans:

You may already know Pat, a hard-working cashier at the grocery store on Collier Road near Howell Mill Road. She seems to always be there working a busy checkout line, getting us and all our stuff through her line speedily and efficiently. 

Some of you may know Pat needs a hip replacement operation, and that she is often in a lot of pain. The pain has gotten worse for Pat lately, and she has wanted to schedule surgery for her hip replacement as soon as she can to finally ease the extreme discomfort she is in from a badly deteriorated hip joint, but she is still trying to save enough money to cover her medical plan's required deductible for the operation to proceed.

Pat needs $6000. towards that deductible before she can put the hip replacement surgery on her calendar. Let's see if we can help her get that money together sooner rather than later, as the savings plan Pat put herself on for coming up with $6000. has her not being able to go forward with the surgery until sometime in March/April of 2017. And as I mentioned, the pain is getting much worse for Pat, not better.

Pat continues to work her cashier shifts, as she currently has no other option for earning money, and she has no one to help support her financially, either. 

Let us nearby neighbors be Pat's support to help her through this rough place and on to a pain-free life! So she can get back to work helping us at the grocery store with an even bigger smile always on her face. With your help!
