This year Casa de Cristo Church and Apostolic Center is celebrating 45 years of ministry in Phoenix. We have served and shared God's love with LGBTQ and other disenfranchised groups and provided missionary outreach including feeding homeless, giving food bags to hungry families, holding fall festivals to provide safe fun for children on Halloween, serving a community breakfast each Easter morning, sending clothes and blankets to Many Farms Reservation each year, and supporting discipleship training in Tanzania and a children's orphanage and school in India. Ministers have been ordained and ministries blessed and sent out to serve in other parts of God's kingdom from Casa de Cristo. Additionally we have offered Bible studies for all ages and seminary level classes for those who would not be able to pay for that level of education but just want to learn.
Now we want to expand our ministry by developing a service organization that will allow us to do more in this community. The Love Center... A Healing Place will provide a place of love and healing as well as a one stop shop to connect people with the resources they need.
This GoFundMe is to raise the seed money to establish those ongoing services that are so needed in this community. The money will not be used to purchase buildings or pay existing bills. Our members do that. Help us begin to meet these needs today!
