Campus Family Care

There are shortages in affordable child care centres in Australia, not only in our campus University of Western Australia (UWA), but also Australia nationwide. Not everybody have equal access to child care services as the seats are also  very limited. The cost of conventional child care centre is exteremely expensive and arguably not affordable for  students with limited financial resources.

We have an initiative to start Campus Family Care. Our solution is to provide affordable child care services for students with children at the UWA campus. We develop a mobile platform  to match availability of societies, family members and students as caregivers  to look after other students's children. 

This is a win-win solution for everyone. While societies or family members can generate additional income by looking after your chidren, parents and students also get benefitted from having more affordable child care services. 

Upon successful of this project, we are keen to spread our platform to other universities and campuses across Australia as well as elsewhere around the globe.

We believe everyone is deserve to get an equal access to affordable child care services.
