2016 Cape Mediation Annual Appeal

This year, 65 active volunteers provided high quality mediation services:

1,300 hours of pro-bono dispute resolution services
Mediation of nearly 700 disputes
An agreement rate just shy of 80%

Cape Mediation also serves the community through our trainings.  With over 50 years of combined mediation experience our training team provides unparalleled hands-on learning experiences.

Our well respected trainings and continuing education continued to grow. 170 attended our 9 Intensive Mediation Skills and Building Bridges, Not Walls trainings. In addition, 50 experienced volunteers continued to hone their skills through continuing education and skills enrichment in our Back to Basics series.

Our Small Business Collaboration Program was launched this year.
The program, designed to improve the quality of workplace interactions of small businesses by developing healthy working relationships. Contact us to learn more about this program.
