Conversano II Aloha II Equine Act

This fund is being established to enable me to achieve greater legal protection for all animals from the devastating effects  of being cared for by a person who has been convicted of starving and animal to death.    My first goal is to create a federal law prohibiting a person from owning any animal who has been convicted of starving any animal to death.   My 24 times National Champion Lipizzan Stallion  died at the hands of Anne Shumate Goland Williams of PeaceablecFarms after she had been prevented from having animals in Pennsylvania and then Maryland only to run to Virginia and do the same thing. I want to see a federal law and acted to prevent future horses from suffering the same fate.   I also want to have a national database established for convicted animal abusers similar to the national database for sex offenders. I am setting up a separate checking account to run this project completely separate from my business of training breeding and showing horses.
