Caribbean Child Research Conference

The 11th annual Caribbean Child Research Conference will be held from November 2-4, 2016, under the theme "Promoting the Rights of Children in extremely difficult circumstances (CEDs)." Areas of focus include children with disabilities, children affected by HIV/AIDS, children in conflict with the law, children in State care, child labour and child poverty, among others. Usually at least 600 children (and their teachers) from Grades 4 to 12 attend the conference free of cost, present papers and win prizes for their presentations. The conference depends solely on external sponsorship to operate. We invite you to sponsor a child to attend at a cost of $60 per child. This very important conference presents an opportunity for children and adults to discuss issues that affect children. This is the only forum in the Caribbean that provides an opportunity for students to present their research papers and essays on child-related matters. Help us to continue this great tradition.
