We have a wonderful friend named Alyce. Alyce and her husband Ben are the parents of a delightful little boy named Saxby. Saxby, more than anything, wants to be a big brother. Alyce and Ben, however, need fertility treatments to become pregnant again.
Alyce and Ben tried for over 4 years to conceive Saxby. Thankfully after several rounds of fertility treatments, a healthy, happy Saxby arrived!
Although the journey was physically, emotionally, and financially taxing, it was well worth it. Now, Alyce and Ben are preparing for that journey once again for their second child.
Alyce and Ben are ready to begin fertility treatments; however, the cost of the treatments for Saxby depleted their savings. They spent in excess of $40,000 the first time around. Their doctors are optimistic about their chances to conceive again, but the financial strain has prevented them from moving forward.
Alyce and Ben are loving, kind, and happy people. They are generous and selfless, and are always willing to help their friends and family. We would like to return their kindness and help them to expand their family by raising $15,000.
