Beaverdale Centennial Mural

Beaverdale is 100 years old this year - and in celebrating our Centennial, we would also like to bring something new and beautiful to our wonderful neighborhood.
The Beaverdale Neighborhood Association and the Beaverdale Business Coalition has commisioned a local artist (Ben Schuh) to design and implement a mural on Beaver Avenue... right in the heart of downtown Beaverdale.
We are hoping the members of our great community will be willing to chip in and help out with the cost of this undertaking... which includes: permits, sandblasting the existing wall, tuckpointing the wall, the base coat of paint, and the actual mural itself.
Below you can see some of the individual elements that will be included in the mural... as you can see, Ben has captured Beaverdale pretty perfectly... these are the preliminiary drafts.
The finished product will be something we can all enjoy for years to come!
You can also help us in our fundraising by purchasing a commemorative print from the BNA at the weekly Beaverdale Farmer's Market.
Every penny raised will go directly towards this project. This mural will not only add aesthetically
to the environment we live in, but will further our sense of community if we can do this TOGETHER. Please help us out ...and share with your friends!
