MedLife Volunteer Trip to Peru

Hi! My name is Avneet Dhardwar and I am a 3rd year student at Western University studying Medical Sciences. I will soon be traveling to Lima, Peru over the Christmas holidays (Dec.24, 2016-Jan.1, 2017) to help deliver medical services to families in need at a MEDLIFE Mobile Clinic. As a volunteer, I will work closely with medical professionals including doctors, dentists, gynecologists, and pharmacists on the Clinic, work on a community development project, and generally help out as much as I can! I have also been learning spanish and really look forward to being able to make a difference here.

Please help me reach this goal by supporting me on this journey I am so lucky to be a part of. This money will help to reduce the costs of my trip as well as provide the money necessary to purchase medical supplies and fund more community development projects. 50% of your donation will go directly towards reducing the cost of my participation on the trip, helping me take part in this valuable hands-on experience. The other 50% will go towards supporting MEDLIFE's operational budget, which covers costs involved with planning for the Mobile Clinics, delivering patient follow-up care after I leave, and much more.

If we raise $1000CAD we have raised enough to purchase medicine for 90 people!

If we raise $2000CAD we have raised enough to also fund an entire community development project!

If we raise our goal of $3570 we have raised enough to also fund an entire hygiene project!
