My brother Artur is affected by multi metastatic melanoma in splin, lung, lymph nodes
and leptomeninges, stage 4.
At the moment, he is doing target terapy. However, his leptomeningeal metastases are not regressing, thus we need another treatment. Unfortunately, it is one of the most serious forms of cancer and doctors we contacted are reserved suggesting other treatments than this. We couldn't find any doctor in Italy who would like to help Artur.
We just can't give up!!! We want to travel and get Artur treated abroad, but we need money to do that, because he is not covered by insurance outside of Italy.
Moreover, if we manage to cure Artur, it will bring hope to many people with leptomeningeal melanoma metastases and we will be happy to support them and share Artur's experience.
