Allira's Fight Against Cancer

I Renee Hunter, would love to raise funds for the family  to help try take a little bit of finacial stress off of brad and jess (allira's Parents). We all know that sometimes finacially day to day basics and being home owners ect can all get a little tough, well i could not begin to imagine how exhausting it would be trying to balance everything while adjusting to Allira going through treatment for cancer for the second time.

ALLIRA'S STORY

In July 2014 Allira was Diagnosed with Stage 3 Cancer of her left kidney which unfortunately died as the tumor had over taken its spot. The tumor was too large to operate at this point in time so she had months of chemo and radiation, Allira was in remission for 7 months and started her first year in PREP.

Last week Brad & Jess unfortunately recieved some bad news on the 11th of september 2015 on a trip to brisbane for a regular check up,  The doctors discovered a tumour in Alliras right lung. A tumour, small enough to remove right away. They were told that its very likely that the cancer was back and to prepare Themselves, once again for the worst.
On Monday, Allira had her tumour removed. It was a nice & clean key hole surgery. She has since recovered beautifully.
Today, Brad & Jess's worst fear was confirmed. Allira has cancer once again after 7 mths of remission.
She has a Secondary Wilms Tumour. Meaning her new cancer has spread from her original so even though it was found in her lungs it is still classifed as a Wilms Tumour | Nephroblastoma (kidney cancer).
 we do know that treatment will be 7-8mths. So another long road ahead for Allira once again.
