Spreading Light & Love with Yoga!

I'm Caryssa; I love connecting with people and opening lives to their true potential!

I've been on a personal path of meditation and life balance for a few years now, and it's changed me incredibly! I've gone from an anxious, worrisome, and fearful mind to a heart of joy, love, and inner peacefulness. It's not really that I'm a different person, rather, I am more ME.

Feeling this inner joy and happiness and making space within myself has helped me expand into helping others. I am now taking clients for meditation and life balance in affordable personal one on one sessions. In these sessions, I aim to help each person shed the layers of stress/anxiety/limitations that are ultimately not a part of who they truly are (a person of infinite possibilities!).

Obtaining my Kundalini Yoga Cerification (a yoga focusing on meditation) would not only help me to expand what I can share with others; but also further spread knowledge of how to work with your body, mind, and spirit from a natural standpoint.


Spreading the knowledge of inner joy & light that resides within us all makes me dreamy!

Here is what I'll be recieving through this Yoga program:
* 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Certification/ Kundalini Certification
* 180 hours of classroom training
* Required course text and materials (40hrs home study)
* Audio recordings of all Teacher Training lectures and yoga classes
* One year membership to IKTYA (International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association)
