Help for the Brown Family

SELFLESS.  That is at the top of my list of words I would use to describe my big brother Raymond Brown.  Anybody that knows my brother, knows that he is a very loyal person that fiercely protects and cares for his loved ones.  Now it is my brother who is in need of help. 

                Ray is a decorated marine veteran who honorably served in Operation Iraqi Freedom.  During his multiple tours, he witnessed and experienced losses that we could never imagine.  Words cannot describe what my brother has gone through, and continues to go through today.  He suffers from Severe PTSD and TBI.  This is something that he struggles with daily. 

                At the end of March, Ray's family had a house fire, forcing them to live in a hotel for months until they can repair the damage and their home is deemed safe and livable.  The stress of the fire and recent living arrangements(hotel with a large family), along with other factors, aggravated his PTSD to the point of a breakdown.  With the help of his wife,  Ray checked himself into the VA .  This positive step he made to seek help for his PTSD unfortunately led to him losing his job, the main income for his family. 

                With 22 veterans committing suicide EVERY DAY, my fear is that the added stress of struggling to provide for his family on top of everything else, will be too much for him to bare.  My brother wouldn't hesitate to make the ultimate sacrifice for any of us.  Let us help ease some of the burden my brother carries due to serving our country.  Your financial donation would go to helping my brother and family get back on their feet.  Any amount helps.
