Help me live medical trouble

Me dream has always been to learn to fly. Well I had one lesson then I got sick. I got laid off in March 2015. Got sick in May 2015 with a heart attack, an aortic aneurism , a 75 blockage to the artery that feeds the lower half of the heart. Blood clots in my right leg. I'm a mess . 4 weeks in the hospital. 
No insurance and medical bills piling up. Unemployment ran out so I have no income. Have applied for disability     but it could be December til I hear if I get it. By then I will be homeless. Hard to find a home with 4 dogs and a cat Please please help me my dear friends.
