Car for special needs child

Hi! I am a single mother, just trying to do whats best  for my daughter. She has the same genetic disease that i do, and Has to see a specialist up in denver. I live in pueblo, so getting to denver is a very hard thing to do. Especially since i dont have a car. Keeping up a job as well as getting to appointments takes alot of work, and while taking the bus around time works, theres no way i can take a bus all the way to denver for her appointments at the children's hospital. I would love to be able to buy a reliable car to help as I barely make enough to live off of with my work.
