Help Hillsborough HS Robotics

     WE NEED YOUR HELP.  The Hillsborough High School Robotics team is in desperate need to raise money for the FIRST Robotics Competition fee of $5000.  Funds are needed by December 10, 2015.   Last year we were fortunate to obtain a NASA grant to support this initiative.   However, this year we were overlooked for the grant and are unable to raise the required funds.
      Our team is unique because we serve a diverse community of students.  Most of the team members come from low income backgrounds.  We are an urban school with limited support from the school district. 
     Robotics is a part of the STEM program  and teaches  students life skills, problem solving, and teamwork.  The program inspires our students to pursue programs and careers in STEM.  This program also enables students to obtain scholarship money after graduation.    
     Any donation will get us one step closer to our goal to participate, and is extremely appreciated.
