Help fix Lola's broken heart

Donation protected
This past summer my boyfriend Dan surprised me for our 4 year anniversary with a puppy. Not just any puppy, but an old English bull dog with Blue coloring. The exact dog I have wanted my entire life. We instantly fell in love with her squished face and her loving personality. We named her Lola. Shortly after we got her I brought her in for her initial puppy visit. Our vet  picked up on a heart murmur. We hoped that it would clear up on its own, but several weeks later we went back for a recheck and sadly the murmur was still there. Our vet referred Lola to a cardiologist. She wanted to wait until Lola was a little over 6 months old. We brought Lola in for her cardiac consult two weeks ago. We were given the worst case scenario. She was diagnosed with severe pulmonic stenosis (narrowing of her pulmonary artery.)Her little heart has to work so hard to pump the blood. She was started on medication and we were told she needed to have heart surgery to open the narrowing in her valve. We were in complete shock and completely heart broken. We didn't even think that surgery was a possibility. If Lola does not get this surgery she will shortly go into heart failure. Once she goes into heart failure she will maybe have 6-12months to live. Her quality of life will decrease drastically. Lola would need to have this surgery out of state in MA because it needs to be done under live xray and that is the closet facility that has the machine. I called the animal hospital to get a price and was quoted $3,500-$5,000. She would need a surgical consult before hand,  and they would do surgery that week, the following week the latest, ideally. She will need follow up care as well. We both work full time, and I go to school, but  unfortunately  right now we do not have the financial means to get Lola the surgery that will give her a regular life expectancy and quality of life. The thought of Lola not making age 3 is devastating to us. We hate asking for any sort of help, we have never done this before, but it is the only way to save our fur baby who means the world to us. We can't imagine not being able to see her live a full healthy life. Any donation would be appreciated more than anyone could possibly know. 100% of the money we get will go directly to Lola's life saving surgery. We thank you in advance for any donation.
