Sex Reassignment surgery aftercare

Hi I am Jennifer a 37 year old Male to Female transsexual. I am going to be getting Sex Reassignment Surgery Dec 12th. I am going to need to purchase some after care supplies. Things like maxi pads and comfortable clothes to wear while I heal up. I am on diasability for Autism. That makes my funds limited. I would greatly apprecaite your financial assiatance.
