lost 38k in 3 days in biotech crash

I held a day trade gone bad in labu biotech etf. In 3 days i lost $37000. I was a good trader before i had one trade go bad. I live at home with my elderly mother and disabled father. I am now unemployed and suffer from severe bipolar. I previously worked at target before quiting due to anxiety and no sleep. I feel lost and only thing worth living for is my family.
