Remembering Hope

Hi there my names charlene and i want to help raise some money for princess alexandra hospital and for 4louis which is a charity to help bereaved mothers and they also donate little memory boxes so that your not leaving them doors totally empty handed.
So heres my story. Me and my partner found out we was pregnant at 12 weeks the scan revealed a shortening of the cervix so i had to have a stitch put in place. I went for my normal 20 week scan on the 10th of october we was nevous but excited. We found out she was a little girl and she was fine and healthy. Later on that day i was rushed to hospital because i had a large bleed as i was going into labor but my stitch was tearing my cervix. Any way i was in labor on and off for 5 days the doctors wouldnt help me until i was 24 weeks so we knew ultimately what was going to happen. At 12.10am on the 16th of october i gave birth to my beautiful baby girl hope she was just perfect but the doctors wouldnt help her survive because she was only 21weeks. Unfortunately i had to say my goodbyes early as i was rushed to theatre but my partner said she had a heart beat for a good 20minutes. We recieved a memory box from them that the charity 4louis has set up to help other people in this situation it helped a little bit, helped me walk out that door like my arms wernt totally empty like there was still some of my daughter coming home. I havent got a timeline on this so any little donation will help.
