Retirement

Mine and my husband’s families have hit on some difficult times. My father-in-law Scott lost his job 2.5 years ago and has literally lost everything. Because he is in his 60’s, he has been turned down for job after job after job. He has been denied by temp agencies, and even low level starting positions. They have had to sell their house and the majority of their possessions to move into my sister-in-law’s house. They have zero retirement, all their savings is gone except for a couple thousand dollars from the sale of their home. My mother-in-law Linda has chronic health problems and takes medication every month, that they’ve been paying for without insurance. We’ve been helping them as much as we can, but we aren’t able to give what we would like to all the time due to our own financial situation. If you have ever been in this situation and can give even a small amount, every little bit helps. We also plan on trying to make Christmas happen for them as well. We are hoping to help get them through this rough patch and allow them to have some savings once he finds a job. Thank you so much, love you all!
