help Julie Please

This woman has never asked for anything nor taken a hand out her whole life. But yet she is now in a place she desperately needs help. She is a hard working mother raising 3 children, wonderful husband, maintains a house and farm also breeds dogs on the side. Due to being considered middle class the only insurance they can afford has a outrageous deductible. She has been having so many medical problems, blood clots, loss of vision, numbness to her hands, and so much more but last night was the worst of it all her husband could only describe as a mini stroke. Julie is only 41 and has so much life in her, but is not getting treatment due to not having the money. She needs a scan that cost 2500.00 but can't but at this point it's life or death. Her family is now reaching out cause she never would ask for any help anything anyone can spare please help my sister Julie find out what's wrong and possibly get treatment
