Fostering hope it's a new organisation that is been set up to help our states children who were at risk but are now in foster care
We were founded organically when a police officer contacted a foster carer saying that they wanted to donate clothing to children in care as her experience of having to remove some of these children from their homes had been harrowing and left her feeling the need to somehow give back to these children .
The Circumstances in which some of these children are removed from is horrendous
Since the conception of fostering hope started six months ago we have already been able to help hundreds of children in care we have had many expressiouns of gratitude for making this traumatic transition a little easier.
We have the backing of CPFS ( DCP) and have been able to send Crates of donations into the remote communities none of this would've been possible without the generosity of the wonderful community that have made it possible with their donations .
When we started we did not realise we would grow so quickly and be able to help so many children .
whilst we have been operating out of our home we have very quickly out grown the space and now appealing for help to enable us to move to a premises to continue to run fostering hope .
We ask not Only for a donation but more than that we ask that you share this campaign so that we can continue to help our most vulnerable children to give them a sense of self-worth of having things that belong to them and Make it their own and to know that there are people out there that do actually care about them
