Happy Holiday's to Everyone!!!
During this season of giving I am advocating for help with one of our Chicago public school girls basketball teams "The Lindblom Lady Eagles." (Lindblom Math & Science Academy) located in the Englewood community. As a father of one of the Lady Eagles, I know first hand the effort and dedication these young ladies have put forth. They were undefeated in their division last year and made it all the way to the state regional championship game. Many of you are aware of all of the shortfalls in the CPS budget, and the shutdown in Springfield. The shortfalls in the CPS budget have inhibited Lindblom's ability to pay for the team shoes, warm ups, and practice jersey's. Many of these young ladies come from disadvantaged backgrounds and cannot afford the cost of those items. Help me to help our youth by donating a gift of love for these young ladies to begin their season with the equipment they need. Thanks in advance.
