Single Father of 6!

I can’t stop thinking about this family. I’m not an eloquent writer, but I’ll do my best to describe what I know and you guys, I don’t have a complete plan pulled together, but we have to do something and I’m trusting we can rally before Christmas so here goes.
A very close friend of mine and I were talking about families in need and she told me about a relative of hers. Single father of six children. I saw pictures of them today all cleaned up with shining smiling faces for a wedding they attended. She said this was the most cleaned up she’d ever saw them. But what I know is the children have confided in this friend of mine that they often don’t eat dinner. She took them to a basketball game and treated them to pizza and they ate it like they were starving and thats when they told her. They have very limited clothing options. They have no mother in their life. No mother. I don’t know ages, yet, but I see a little boy that must be 5. I cannot imagine. Their 13 year old sister attempts to be the mother figure of the family and their father is working tirelessly to make an income. This man deserves help. He has great pride and does not like handouts....therefore, everything must remain anonymous...
So I’ve thinking all day, how can we help? How much can we give? And how can we facilitate giving, so that this father doesn’t know where it came from and the children believe in the magic of Santa on Christmas Day and I think I figured it out. The relative friend of mine and I have a plan.
May I ask for $10? Please. If we can get 50 people to give $10, that $500. Maybe we could get a good amount of food, some hygiene items like socks, undies, and one special gift for each child? I’m getting info from the relative asking the Grandma casually what each child really wants. Maybe I’m dreaming, but I want to DO SOMETHING. ♥️ Who’s in? I’m going to go to bed and hope to wake up to a Christmas miracle. Love you guys.
