Wylie Girl Scout Troop Raising Money for a Dog-Friendly Water Fountain
Have you ever thought of taking a walk on a hot summer day while wearing a fur coat? That's what dogs do several months of the year, and the girls of troop 3343 want to help dogs who have no way of getting cool drinking water in Wylie area parks. Currently, there are no plans for the city to install these fountains in the many Wylie parks. Troop 3343 wants to purchase and install one in Friendship Park, Wylie, TX as their Bronze Award project. The Bronze Award requires girls to implement a sustainable community service project, but they need $3,010 to make this happen. Please help them raise the funds necessary to help hot, thirsty dogs!
