Sgt Jeff Rothecker's family support

My name is Joanne Woods and I personally know Sgt. Jeff Rothecker and have known him for several decades. Obviously he is devastated by what has happened. He is not the person that the media, BLM and others are making him out to be. His entire life has been serving this country (US Army veteran) and the citizens of St. Paul, MN. He spent 22 years of his life serving the people of St. Paul and now his lifes passion has been taken from him with three words that he deeply regrets. He was the major provider for his family for both income and insurance and now that he is without a job and virtually unemployable in the profession that he had given almost half his life. Any monies raised will go directly to him and his family (the picture is of his two daughters) to help with bills and health insurance. At this time he doesn't know this is being done for him and knowing him he would tell me to take this down as he is too prideful to ask for help. Anything will help. He still has his pension, but cannot collect that for at least another three years. 

The reason why I am doing this is because he has helped so many people in the 22 years he was a police officer. He worked at a local homeless shelter and would help those in need with clothing, using his own money to purchase items needed by those who were trying to get employment as well as giving his own money to help those in need. You see reports of officers buying groceries or presents, putting people up in hotels, etc, this is what Jeff did numerous times and never asked for any accolades. The only thing he ever asked in return was a hand shake or a hug. 

This is why I am doing this. He sacrificed so much and asked for so little and so now it's time that we support him and his family in his time of need. As I said, he is too proud to ask for help, but it's time that we help him as he has help so many people in the past.  I didn't know what to set the amount for, but anything will help him and his family.
