India Psychology Placement - 2019

My name is Georgia and I'm currently on a gap year from University, with the aim of studying a 4 year Psychology MSc beginning September 2019.

In February I will be travelling 4,698 miles to the beautiful region of India to undergo a Clinical and Ancient Psychology placement with slv.global - run in partnership with the National Institution of Mental Health and Neuroscience. 

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for me to gain unparalleled experience and insight into global mental health treatment at one of the most prestigious psychiatric hospitals and higher education institutions in all of Asia! This placement focus' on  how India treats mental health both medically and culturally, including Ancient Eastern modalities, like mindfulness, Ayurveda and yoga. 

My placement fee is £1000 and this money goes towards keeping these fantastic opportunities available for future years, as well as providing my accommodation, internal travel and food.

Slv.global has helped over 11,000 individuals,  like myself, contribute to the global effort to increase knowledge and understanding surrounding Mental Health.
