Hello All Former & Current Dot Officers.
As you all may know the former union,
United States Police Officers of America also known as USPOA has represented many contracts in the DC Region and others throughout the country. Assane Faye is the Executive Director of USPOA and has not represented The guardforce of DOT properly, and so we as The Guardforce are Filing a Class Action Lawsuit Against USPOA.
We are asking all Former and Current Officers who are interested in being apart of the Lawsuit to forward $50
to help with Court Filings and fees to be submitted in no later than March 25, 2016.
All Contributions awarded will be dispersed evenly.
The Dot guardforce is being Represented by Employment Law Attorney Robert J. Baror, Esq.
of The Baror Law Firm.
We are asking everyone to participate and to notify all relevant persons who aren't attached this page so they can take part in the Class Action Lawsuit as well.
