Life saving surgery for Stormy!!!

Today I learned that Stormy has a very large mass in his stomach. The vet said that it was probably a tumor and that he would probably only last a few weeks more, but she said she would do an ultrasound and get back to me. I was devasted. When he was a wee baby puppy I rescued him from the Washington Humain Society. His family of pups were chained outside to be eaten alive by bugs and other insects until they were picked up by the Humain Society. When they let the litter out of the cage, he was the biggest and fattest puppy that came out. We knew he was the one when he started wrestleing my mom's purse. Since that day he has always been by my side. Stormy is a big ham , he loves attention from everyone. When we go for walks he always sticks his head out for others to pet him. Along with being a ham he likes to be the center of attention. He is always wagging his tail when he thinks your talking about him and when your not he makes sure he comes closer so he can remind you that you love him and he loves you. He has always been here for me. Luckily, there is still hope for my best friend. When I went back the test revealed that it was benign and that removing the tumor will allow him to live out his life for a much longer time; however the surgery costs way more than I can afford. My father passed a couples years back at a young age ,Stormy was there by my side to help me and to make me not feel so alone. I want to do the same for him. I want to be his savoir as he was for me .Please help me save my partner in crime. If there was any other way I would do it, but right now I do not have the time to waste. I must act soon or it will be too late.
