Officer Cloutier's cancer battle

As some of you know, Officer Steven Cloutier of Torrington Police Department was diagnosed with stage 2 Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He has begun his chemo treatments and is supporting a household. Medical bills will begin to pile up and his family can use all the help they can get. For all the years of service he has dedicated to our safety, it is time we give back and help this incredible family with their fight of a life time.
