Help Get Husband Home To NC

I flew from NC to Tulsa Oklahoma to be with my husband cause he was admitted in st John hospital in ICU on a ventilator, I gave up my return flight and they wouldn't push flight out or refund money cause it was a economy fight. My husband's name is Bobby and my name is terri lynch I've been out of work on workmans comp, we both work for CFI in Joplin Mo ,His truck had to be cleaned out and hes now on medical leave without pay ,and I'm stressing on getting him back home I've called and checked all car rentals the cheapest thing I can find is around 850.00 cause they charge a drop fee .I hate asking people for anything I always do things for myself but I'm in a way now I need help from anyone who can help to get my husband back home to winston salem NC so he can heal and get better to be with our family .
