Saving a family home

We have a family that lives in our subdivision. They  purchased the house about 10 years ago they bought the home near me it was a very poor home they had to put a lot of time and money into it.also a lot of added additionsand remodeled the meaning of the house .but recently my friend Jason went into his sons room and was looking at a wall that look like it was bubbling. he went to rub it and realize that it was a hole. as looking in the whole he realized that he had termites so they called the insurance company to see what they could do about it. insurances company come out and said they would do nothing to help them because it wasn't  the agreement of the insurance policy. even knowing that the termites were caused by water damage which should be covered by their insurance. these people work way too hard and  putting way too much time into that house to have to let it go so I'm looking to help them and see if anybody else could help them fix their home they don't need a lot just a little bit to get it back to where it should be  for their kids they actually don't know we're doing this for them I don't want to see my friends / family members lose their home. The Rootes family are some of the best people in the would. There's a song says find out who your friends are all that reminds me of them cuz I'd give the shirt off their back to you no matter what they had. It's rooms to be every time I try starting to get ahead something bad happens like this.
